  Terribly slow every time i have been there. Not sure if under staffed, bad management or srore is simply too small for the area, but without a doubt it is mayhem in there

  The most disgusting customer service! I have always valued KFC service and coming from sales and hospitality background I do appreciate their style but this is my first time at this location, 6 people talking in the back while I waited two minutes to be served after I was FINALLY served the girl gave me attitude and refused to serve my food! Guessing these guys are so damn unhappy with their own lives they need to try to upset me.. hate this location with a passion disgusting customer service great food.. shame

  The wait is always very very long at the Port Adelaide store whether you choose the drive thru or go in probably the worst store in South Australia always apologising for the length of the wait really meaningless need to fix the problem has been happening for year or more we have started to call it the kiddy KFC as appears to be staffed by 14-16 year olds
